Program will not accept my birthdate.

No matter what I do, the program will not accept my birthdate.

    If you're entering the date in the mm/dd/yyyy format, you may receive an error message saying "not a valid date" because the correct format to enter the date is dd/mm/yyyy. The forward slashes are also important. An error might show up if dashes are entered. If this doesn't work please completely delete the date, then save your return then clear your cache.
