Unable to file 2021 taxes because of unclaimed medical expenses from last year which I no longer wish to claim. Can they be removed?

When I try to file my return it says I have to continue with Deluxe which I want to just use the free one. Tried to go into the 2020 account to remove the unclaimed expenses but I'm not able to. They don't amount to much, far less than the 3% of the annual income.

Unfortunately, once the return has been upgraded, the only way to change is by starting a new return.
