Where / when / how can I file my (late) 2021 tax return?

I am not looking to file a 2021 tax return for a deceased person. I am still alive.  Just need to file my late 2021 tax return. Can I do that in Turbo Tax today or do I need to wait until February 20th?

    To file your 2021 return you can use this TurboTax link to get your past year software. Here is the Canada Revenue Agency link to update you with the dates of Netfile availability.
