Why do I keep getting a "something's not right" message when I try to enter my validation code from Amazon's digital download confirmation email?Thanks, Cory

First time trying a digital download. It gives me a  "something's not right" message when I try to enter the validation code from Amazon's digital download confirmation email. Any ideas? Thanks

    If you purchased TurboTax Desktop you will go to the following link to download  your software.  If you purchased TurboTax Online- then you would need to go to https://shop.app.intuit.com/activate?rootProfile=ca&locale=en-ca and once activated sign into your TurboTax Online account- then choose the software you purchased- complete your return and just before you file, it will ask you to pay- on that payment page enter your code under coupon code.
