Will Turbo Tax have the ability to transmit completed filings?

Followed program instructions. Transmission did not take place. Indications are that this is a Intuit programming problem. Is there a remedy?

Yes, there is a remedy to this issue and this is not an Intuit programming problem. As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) link File your taxes online: NETFILE eligibility The NETFILE and ReFILE services are now closed for the electronic filing of your initial and amended T1 personal income tax and benefit return. The NETFILE and ReFILE services will re-open on Monday, February 21, 2022.
