Your return is done, but filing for returns with capital gains or losses is temporarily delayed The CRA needs more time to certify the capital gains forms due to the delay of the rate increase. We expect they’ll be ready to accept your return by lat

I understand the CRA has locked Schedule 3 however why do I not have the option to print my completed tax return for a mail in option of submission?

If you are using are locked: TurboTax FAQ: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? If you are using any of these forms, you won't be able to Print or Netfile at this time until these forms get finalized by CRA and get updated within TurboTax for an accurate calculation.
