I received two 1095A one for me and my spouse and my son also got a 1095A.

Both have recipient information as myself and my wife but with different market place policy number.

Ours states both me and my wife which we only got Jan 2024 coverage. Covered info

My son states only his name as well as only Jan 2024 coverage. Covered info.

My son didn't work the entire 2024 year does he has to file a return since he got a 1095a?

Or do I include him with my return?

If you are claiming your son as a dependent, he would not file the 1095-A with his return; you would include the information on your return.  If he is not a dependent, yes he would have to file a tax return if he received the advanced premium tax credit (subsidy).

Thank you for the information yes he didn't work i will include him as a dependent.

Now ask me for his social sec number also  states me to enter what percentage of your

premium,  your SLCSP and advance i want to claim?

    For me and my spouse 1095a  is as follow January Column A 1380.36   B  2369.30  C. 1380.36.

the rest of the months are zero.

    My son has 1095A  January Column A. 301.00  B  2369.30 C. 301.00.

How do I figure the percentage%.

If you are claiming him as a dependent on your return, then you would not need to share the percentage.  Your percentage would be 100%.  So if you marked that I shared this policy, you can take that checkmark out of the box.
