After I sent form 1095-A I still got rejected, I can't seem to contact an agent for help it wouldn't let me push that request.

If you have a 1095-A form, you will need to enter this information into your tax return and then try filing again. Please see where do I enter a 1095-A for details on entering this information into your tax return. Once you have entered this, you can try to electronically file again. If after entering this information, you are still getting an error, you may need to mail your tax return in.
