Box 12 on w-2 12a----d 12-----b----w what one to use

If you have more than one entry in Box 12, enter the information for the first line (Box 12a), then click "Add another row" (see attached image "AddAnotherRowBox12") and enter the next line of information for Box 12. Continue adding rows until you have recorded all of your Box 12 entries.
