Can I claim head of household if my 30 year old daughter lives with me? However, I don't want to claim her as a dependent because she works full time.

My adult daughter does her own taxes and claims herself.

No. She must be your dependent to claim Head of Household.

There is an exception for children under age 19 (24 if a full time student) in a divorce situation.

And if she works full time, she probably earned more than $4,000 in 2015 so she could not be claimed as a dependent in any event.
