Can I deduct my paid 2017 property tax for this year 2018?

 The ex-wife said It was not paid in time for 2017 and our  income tax guy  at the time says we/I can deduct it this year.

Also how do you show it in the online form since there is on? Do you add it to the additional land for the 2017 deduction?

    Just add them together and Input into Turbo tax

    Remember, you state and local taxes , which include property taxes are limited to $10,000

    when did you actually pay the taxes? that is the year it needs to be deducted in,

    It was paid in Jan 26, 2018.  So I should be able to combine it with this years property tax correct?  If so how do I show that it was for 2017?
