Can I remove the $40 refund processing fee once I have changed my mind to pay with a credit card instead of paying with my refund?

Turbo Tax informed that I can't use my Fed refund and e-file for state, so I changed the option to pay with credit card, but the fee is still there. I have logged in and out 2x, it's still there.
