Form 8843 and form 1040NR EZ,

I am an international student that work at campus in NY and then extern in FL. My advisor told that I have to fill the forms 8842 and 1040NR EZ, but while I was doing my return I never find them. i already finish my federal and state returns, do I still have to filled put these forms? Where do I find them?
