When you go through the File section again, there should be a screen that asks you how you want to receive your Federal refund.   I believe that's asked in  Step 2 of the filing process.  See if you can decline it and choose another option there.  View the screens carefully, and scroll way down, if necessary.

Whatever you do, don't pay for it.  It needs to be resolved before you pay even if you have to phone TurboTax Support..
