Turbo Tax had 2 forms I deleted one but there is still one.. something like .. filing surviving spouse.

I thought I just signed the Taxes - Surviving Spouse.

Also How Do I eliminate Form 1065

sorry for your loss

There is a question early on in the personal information section asking if the taxpayer has passed, just click that box.  Otherwise nothing in 2018 changes (file married joint etc.)   In fact, it'll be the same in 2019.

@Tea26 I am sorry for the loss of your husband this year. Can you clarify what you mean by 'how do I eliminate Form 1065'?

I'm having a challenging time with this year's taxes. My thinking isn't clear.  I have clicked on answers that are not correct. - BAM - off goes Turbo Tax without a DO OVER.

Somehow I gave Turbo Tax the impression that we were in an LLC General Partnership. We are not.

How do I make Turbo Tax eliminate that information?

I was focusing on Form 1065 because I see that form partially filled in when I review the list of Tax Forms.

Any info very appreciated.

Thanks

Do you have a K-1? If not, then you can delete the K-1 form from your return. See this link for delete instructions.
