Unfortunately, TurboTax is only licensed for non-commercial use. (That's why you can't enter data into the paid preparer area of Form 1040.)
If you are looking for a commercial product, Intuit (the parent of TurboTax ) has three (Proseries, Lacerte and ProAdvisor).

Also note that even with a professional product, you still need to register separately with the IRS to e-file returns. I can't state whether a foreign preparer can e-file a return, or whether they must be sent by mail.
