Question

I am trying to efile 2023. It is saying that I need to pay with my credit card and when I click it opens to a blank screen and I am unable to pay.

    Sorry you can’t efile 2023.  You have to print and mail it.   You can only efile 2024.   And you can’t use the Online version to do 2023.  Online is only good for 2024.   Are you using the Desktop program?   

    It’s too late to start a 2023 or prior online return or use the mobile app, either on Turbo Tax or the IRS.  And too late to efile 2023.
