I live in Troy, MI 48083. I choose City of Detroit during 2015 filing. Does Troy come under City or Detroit or City of Pontiac? How to find? Is it possible to change the city tax forms now?

Troy is not on the list of Michigan cities that have an income tax. See this: http://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,4676,7-238-44143-287984--,00.html

You would not have to file a City of Detroit tax return unless you lived in or earned income in Detroit during the tax year.
