I never used live and unselected it

I was charged $199 for turbo tax live, which I didn't use, I only filed federal taxes and I paid for them with my return. I unselected all add ons.

Here's how one would normally remove the Live feature prior to filing.  I realize you have already filed (I assume).  If so, you won't be able to use the methods, but it may help someone else.

You can phone TurboTax Support during business hours to discuss any fee issues.  If you get a voice menu that asks your issue say "billing issue."

Support hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific Mon-Fri.
