I recieved insurance from MOLINA HEALTH CARE APPLIED IN NOVEMBER WHERE DO I PUT THIS INFORMATION

Hi - with TurboTax, you don't need to indicate who you had insurance with. We only need to know who was covered and for how long on a plan that met minimum essential coverage, and if you purchased your plan through healthcare.gov or one of the State Marketplaces, since many of those plans are going to get a form 1095-A (only about 3 people in 100 got this sort of plan).
