I will be getting married on March 1st. So, should I submit a new w4 form to my employer now only or after March 1st?

    Either one.  It only effects your withholding, not your tax liability.

    In fact if you both work then you might want to leave it as is or even increase the withholding since when two incomes are added together and each employer withholds as if they were the only employer, many find that they are under withheld and owe money with the combined income.
