She can file her own return, she may get a refund. You can get a quick idea by using TurboTax's TaxCaster.

If she does file a return when she enters her personal information on the screen under A few other IRS-required things, under Someone else can me on their tax return, check Yes

It is showing you are in the Online version which you can do one return per UserID. If you use the same UserID to file another return, the first returns information would be overwritten. Your daughter can use the Free Edition for her return.
