No not for prior years. You have to enter them manually.

If you have a lot of transactions, there is a way to indicate that you want to enclose a statement with your mailed return rather than entering each transaction. If you make that selection, then the interview will ask you to enter the total cost basis, total proceeds, adjustments (if any), etc. and attach the statement. You'll have to enter those totals for each transaction category--i.e., long term/short term with cost basis reported/not reported to IRS, etc.
