Selling our hoime in Oregon, primary residence of 17 years 2001-2018. Rental protery since 2018-present. Pay all taxes. Can we still be 'Oregon Residents'? Live in spain

We live in Spain and selling our home in Oregon, We pay all taxes for state and federal can we still be considered 'oregon residents'?

Thanks, yes I already saw this.  

 

My confusion is below, so if I have this home since 2001, lived there to 2018 and rented it the past 4 years whilke paying all taxes on income, can I still claim a resident status?  Thanks for your opinion.

For purposes of this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

(a)

“Resident” or “resident of this state” means:

(A)

An individual who is domiciled in this state unless the individual:

(i)

Maintains no permanent place of abode in this state;

(ii)

Does maintain a permanent place of abode elsewhere; and (iii) Spends in the aggregate not more than 30 days in the taxable year in this state;
