We want to know if 2 people can accessd the same turbotax 2016 returns to work together, but independently, to prepare them, and if so how?

    When using the online product, you can log in to the account from any computer. You must log in with the same user ID and password. Only one tax return can be prepared with each account.

    When using the desktop product installed on multiple computers, you would need to work out a file sharing arrangement yourself to share the tax data document.  There are several file sharing services that might work including google docs, dropbox.com, and box.com.
