In my case, I bought my turbotax from Costco, and they had me go to InstallTurboTax.com which is at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

 

I selected the product I purchased to start the download (same as yours) then installed and entered the product key. Good luck!
