Question

After login into my account and started new return for 2023, I got two options: 1. help me sign into my account. 2. Skip file transfer. None of them transfer old files.

Typo: new return for 2022

    Our product development teams are aware of an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. They are working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.

    The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022.
