Turbotax sent me a CANADA code while I was in the process of purchasing and downloading a U S tax return. Needless to say, I did NOT download the software. Having purchased your software every year since 2006, I am appalled by the lack of support for your software. I went to Wal-mart and purchased H&R Block tax prep software for $20.00 less than Turbotax was going to charge me. Amazing, and I have spread the word about my treatment by your company. You should be ashamed of your conduct, but I realize that you couldn't care less about the customer... it's all about the money.

Again, this is community support for TurboTax Canada. We have no access to US data or websites, so if the TurboTax US website is malfunctioning, you would need to contact them for a resolution.
