Am I eligible to receive Relevé 31 and apply for the Solidarity Tax Credit?

I lived alone in a rented apartment in Quebec from January to October 2023. My owner told me that i was not eligible to receive a Relevé 31 issue because i had already moved out on december 31, 2023. Is it right? I would like to hear your professional opinion. Thanks!

We are not tax experts here, but according to Revenue Quebec, to be eligible for the solidarity tax credit for the period from July 2024 to June 2025, you must meet the requirements on December 31, 2023. If you were no longer renting at the end of 2023, then you might still be able to apply as a home owner, or for other parts of the credit.
