Been earning extra income by commissions the last few years and was never prompted to upgrade to TT Self Employed. Why am I being forced to buy this for my 2021 Return?

I always had the option to continue when being prompted to upgrade, but this time it wont let me continue, unless I upgrade. I had everything I needed to file, for previous years of Self-Employed commission based income. Why is it forcing me to pay 50 bucks just to be able to continue?
