Yes, you can file your tax return for NR4 with income code 61 through TurboTax.

To enter your amounts into TurboTax

1. Navigate to the "Search" icon by clicking on the set of binoculars
2. Type "Income" into the search bar
3. Select the option for "Income from Sources Outside of Canada" from the list of populated results
4. When the "Statement of World Income" screen appears, enter your amounts then select "Enter".
