    TurboTax Free is for simple tax returns only. Based on what you told us, it doesn't include the forms you need.

    TurboTax Premier covers investment and rental property income, plus common credits and deductions:

     

    Credits and deductions for families, homeowners, caregivers, students

     

    Interest, dividend, or trust income not reported on a slip

     

    Trust/partnership income and expenses

     

    Sale of rental property/principal residence with a rented room(s)

     

    Sale of stocks, bonds, or cryptocurrency

     

    Rental property income and expenses

     

    Deferred stock option benefits
