Question

Can someone please help me, I am unable to progress after the question, How did you apply last year, when I click continue it takes me back to how you applied last year.

You can click on "other" if you wish. The software is asking you that question to help you transfer last year's information if you used the same TurboTax software. If you still can't "Continue" from that screen try clearing your cache, then signing out of your return and then restarting your computer. You may need to try a different browser.
