Can't access my income tax report. Intuit is giving me the run around, making me log in non stop without giving me access to the income tax report I began to fill

I'm using the free version for a simple income tax report. For the last 15 minutes Intuit is not letting me have access. It is giving me the run around, asking me to log in repeatedly without end.
