Can Turbotax do my taxes without needing a netfile access code , as I did not receive one last year ?

I phoned the Government to ask for another access code but my call was cut off due to bad connection , but after they said that they never received last year's tax returns. But I did file.

    The NETFILE Access code is not mandatory. You can try filing without it.
