Dead link from Perkopolis

Hi,

I am trying to avail my corporate perkoplis discount. On step one, it asked me to click a link https://www.kqzyfj.com/click-7489503-1. It redirects me to a a dead site - "The site cannot be reached". Is this a Turbotax issue or a perkopolis one? If it is the former, how can I get the correct link?
