Deluxe online edition with friends.

Hello,

I am thinking of buying the deluxe online edition that allows up to 8 returns and using it with friends. Will each user be able to see each other’s taxes?
I am not sure how it works and I don’t want others to see my taxes if I create one account for everyone to file their taxes.

If you buy the 8-return package of TurboTax deluxe online, the code will only work in one account. You will need to give your login information to your friends if you want to share your returns with them, but then they will not only be able to see your information, they would be able to change things as well.

We don't recommend sharing your login information.

Thanks for your reply. It looks like the deluxe online edition is not suitable for our situation.
Is the standard downloadable edition better in this case?
