    If you have used NETFILE to file your tax return, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will issue a NETFILE confirmation number after it does a preliminary check of your return and the return is accepted through NETFILE for processing. This usually takes a few seconds.

    If you’ve received a confirmation number, then your tax return has been filed.
