Do i add the boxes for t4, t4a and t4ap together?

on page where enter "income" from my T4 documents, do i add the info from the diff slips if box number same?

No. You would enter each different slip in it's own section.

Select the image of the magnifying glass (or Find), in the upper-right area of TurboTax.
Enter “T-slips” in the Find window.
Select T-Slips from the list of results, and then select Go. The Income Slips step (or Entering your federal T-slips step) appears.
You can click "Continue" to go through all your slips and edit the ones that you need to change.
