Do I enter my annual teaching professional fee under fees subject to taxes or fees not subject to taxes?

    On your Personal Tax Profile choose "Yes" for Are there other deductions such as public transit, union or professional dues or alimony that you want to claim. Check box the says I paid union dues or professional fees.

    Then under Deductions and Credits under Payment profile you will find Union or Professional Dues.  This is where you would enter the teaching Professional fees.
