Does anyone know how to get out of 20202 and get into 2023

how do I change my tax year

    If you are in the 2022 tax software and return, you are in the correct one. We are in the 2022 tax year and using the 2022 returns at this date. The 2023 returns will only be ready to be filed in February 2024. Yes it can be confusing but the taxes are always filed after the year is over so we can claim the past year's income and expenses.
