Employee paid premiums for private health plans. Would that be what i paid into for the year?

Premiums paid to a private health plan are the amount you would pay if you were buying your own private plan ie: Blue Cross. If you are paying a plan through work, you would click on Other and write Health Plan Premium if it was not already claimed on your T4 Box 85. Some employers do not include the health plan on the T4 which is when you would include that amount (deducted by your employer) as a Health Plan Premium.
