Question

Filling in my mom's return and turbotax keeps prompting me to enter T4 information even though she did not work. The box is checked off no in the did you work area. Help!

She hasn't worked in years, the box is always checked no.  Why would I have to enter T4 information

    If you are using TurboTax Online, click the BACK button at the bottom of the page, then click Done with T4s to skip that section.
