Question

For the first time one of my kids names are not accepted in the list of kids. It worked in the last 5 years!!!!!

The name of our first kid is not accepted. I have shortened it and changed it but it is not accepted, and I cannot procced.

Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting?
Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

Hi,

The err message is that the name is too long or has not accepted characters. But this is the same name I used since 2017 and I changes the name for a shorter one and it did not changes the err.

Please help. i has all info ready and was doing my very last review before submitting.

Please clear the children's names except for the first letter then click Continue and clear your cache, sign out of the return and restart your computer. See if you can copy/paste their names from last year's return.
