Do I have to make up a new ID and password to use turbotax for the 2022 tax year?

    Are you trying to transfer your information from last year? If so, we are currently experiencing an issue that is causing people to go into a sign-in loop if they try to transfer their previous year’s return into TurboTax Online 2022.

     

    Our product development team is aware of this issue and they are working on resolving this problem and will have it resolved ASAP.

    The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022.
