Hi,I want to know if I can start over my tax return or delete the unfinished tax return

Yes. If you want to start over, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” in the left side menu. If you want to delete the unwanted return, select "View all tax returns" from under "My Returns", and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small trash can next to it (in the right side of your screen).

Note: If you only have one return, you'll need to start a new return before you can delete the existing return.
