Hi people. Question How does someone who is 63, divorced, and on Disability in British Columbia end up owing $323 for 2022? No extra income, base amount $16, 719.08.

Unfortunately, as we can't view your return we can't see what may have been entered. You will need to review your return carefully to make sure that nothing has been transferred from last year and nothing was entered in the wrong box on your T-slip.

Why not be straight up and say "Unfortunately, since you refuse to pay us $40 to input the same information you have, we won't try to answer your question." That would at least be honest.
