How and then do I pay 39.99$ fee? What should I do If I do not have CPR account and doing my tax for the 1st time after working only around 3 months in Canada? I live LTU

I lived and worked in Alberta, then moved back to my home country Lithuania where I currently live. Will it be able to send me a tax refund to my country?

    Please contact the CRA for guidance on how they would send your tax refund- You can call them at 613-940-8495. The CRA only accepts collect calls made through telephone operators. After your call is accepted by an automated response, you may hear a beep and notice a normal connection delay.
