    You can change your email address by signing into your online TurboTax account, opening your TurboTax Online software, then navigating to the Account Settings section contained within.

    For 2019 - 2021 versions, the Account Settings option is now located directly above the Sign Out option in the sidebar menu of your product.

    Note: You can only sign in to the online version of TurboTax for the tax years 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 to update your account info. For the tax year 2017 and prior years, you must download the CD/download edition from the TurboTax products for previous tax years page.
