How can I switch from online to desktop version? I purchased the online version by mistake at Costco.

I would prefer the desktop version which I have used many times in the past. I am hoping I can switch to a desktop version without paying for 2 packages.

You can request a refund for your online product if you have already paid, and then purchase the CD/Download version. However, be aware that you will have to start your return over, as there is no way to move a return from the Online version to the Desktop version.
